3- For the treatment of ANOREXIA, CACHEXIA OR UNEXPLAINED WEIGHT LOSS IN AIDS PATIENTS
How To Use This Medicine
Use this medicine exactly as directed on the label, unless instructed differently by your doctor
* This medicine can be taken with or without food, REGARDLESS of meal times. If stomach upset occurs, take with food.
* Use this medicine for the full prescribed treatment period. DO NOT skip doses or discontinue unless directed by your doctor.
* Pretreatment and periodic physical exams should include breast, pelvic organs and Pap smear. You should keep doctors and
laboratory appointments.
What To Do If You Miss A Dose
Take when remembered unless time for next dose. No double doses.
How To Store This Medicine
Keep in original closed container in a dark, cool, and dry place away from children. Discard unneeded medicine.
Call Your Doctor Immediately If You Experience
Yellowing of eyes or skin; Visual disturbances; Swelling of feet or lower legs; Difficulty breathing; Vein inflamation with
clot formation; Clotting within a blood vessel.
Other Side Effects
Acne; Diarrhea; Decreased sexual desire; Nausea; Vomiting; Weight gain; Weight loss; Skin rash; Breast pain; High blood
pressure; Abnormal hair growth; Menstrual irrigularities; Vaginal bleeding; Sleepiness; Itching; Insomnia; Leaking of milk-like
